These Guys Stink

March 30th 2025 —— For the first ever installment of “I could get a hit off this guy” I’d like to introduce Riki Sasaki. The Dodgers phenom starter has thrown a total of 4.2 innings with 3 earned runs and 9 walks in his first 2 games. His second outing only lasted 1.2 innings pitched. I could get a hit off Sasaki right now.

Continuing with this theme we will kick off the “I could strike this guy out segment” by introducing Rafael Devers. The Red Sox’s slugger who got the boot from the infield could never play 3rd well. Apparently he can’t hit well either anymore. Through 3 games, Devers is 0-12 with a whopping 10 strike outs. I could strike this guy out right now.
